Pricing

All prices on the Website are inclusive of VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties and cesses as applicable in India.

For international deliveries, your shipment could be subject to additional local levies at the destination, including but not limited to Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT etc., which are not collected by us at the time of placing the order. You are solely responsible for payment of such levies to our delivery partners at the time of dispatch or delivery of your order.

In the event of your failure to make payment of additional local levies in case of international deliveries, we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to the package. We further disclaim any responsibility for recalling the package or processing any refund against such order.

You are advised to check the details of additional local levies in case of international deliveries prior to placing the order.

Payment

For Deliveries Within India

We accept the following modes of payment:

• Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Internet Banking
• Mobile Wallets
• Unified Payments Interface (UPI)

COD is available with a token advance of 15% of the total order value, payable at the time of placing the order.

Once a COD order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Once ready, it will be dispatched immediately to the provided delivery details. Any delay or rescheduling will require the order to be fully prepaid before shipment hold.

In the event of non-acceptance or failure to receive the COD parcel, the token amount paid will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

If a parcel is refused and returned to NEEV, reshipping will require full payment of return charges plus new shipping costs.

After a COD order is placed, we will make a verification call (between 0900–2100 hrs IST, Monday–Saturday). Failure to respond to two successive calls may result in cancellation.

At the time of delivery, you should not attempt to open the shipment prior to making payment and accepting it. You will be solely liable for any loss or damage caused to the Product(s) due to opening the shipment before payment.

For International Deliveries

We accept the following modes of payment:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards

All charges in the selected mode of payment will be raised in INR. You are solely responsible for any additional charge or fee levied by your card issuer.

Except in cases of COD orders, all orders against which payment has failed shall be treated as incomplete orders. You are solely responsible for completing payment against such orders. The confirmation of such orders shall be subject to availability of Product(s) at the time of completion of payment.
