Annual Sale Terms

1. Sale Eligibility & Exclusions

• Flat 10%, 14%, 20%, and Flat Rate discounts apply only to select collections included in the Neev Annual Sale.
• Discounted pieces will be showcased exclusively during Neev's live sessions and videos.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – India Only

• COD is available within India only, subject to a token amount for order confirmation.
• Non-acceptance of COD parcels will incur a ₹1,500 return charge, in addition to forfeiture of the token amount.
• Cancellation of COD orders will result in complete forfeiture of the token amount.
• COD orders will be dispatched immediately once the product is ready.

3. Order & Payment Policy

• Orders are processed strictly on a first-come, first-paid basis.
• Immediate payment is mandatory to confirm any purchase.
• No booking, blocking, or holding of items is permitted without full payment.

Payments for international orders must be completed immediately, irrespective of time zone differences.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (International Orders)

• All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or local levies applicable in the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
• Neev has no control over customs clearance procedures, timelines, or charges imposed by authorities.
• Refusal or failure to pay customs duties will be treated as order abandonment, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Courier & Shipper Selection

• The choice of courier and shipping partner is solely at Neev's discretion.
• Neev reserves the right to select, change, or upgrade courier services without prior notice.

8. Tassels

• Tassels are available at an additional charge for fully paid orders only.
• Estimated production timeline: 15–20 days.

9. Box Shipping & Neev Bags

• Box shipping is provided only at Neev's discretion.
• Complimentary Neev bags are not included with sale purchases.

10. Hand Delivery & Cash Pick-Up (Mumbai)

• Complimentary hand delivery or cash pick-up is available for orders above ₹50,000.
• Orders below ₹50,000 will incur a ₹500 service charge.

11. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

• All sales are final.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.

12. Address & Order Details

Once submitted, no changes to shipping address, contact details, or order specifications will be allowed.

13. Packaging & Dispatch Rights

• Packaging standards, dispatch methods, and timelines are determined solely by Neev.
• Neev reserves the right to dispatch orders without prior approval or notification.

14. Payment Links

• Payment links issued by Neev are valid for 10 minutes only from the time of receipt.
• Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.

15. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Neev reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.

Excluded Collections

The following collections and categories are strictly excluded from the Annual Sale and will be sold at full price:

• Anataya Collection
• Plain Fabrics
• Boota Organza Chinia Munga (Dyeables)

These items are not eligible for any discounts, offers, or promotional pricing, even if displayed during live sessions or videos.

These Sale Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Neev's general website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies; in the event of any inconsistency, these Sale Terms & Conditions shall prevail for all transactions undertaken during the Neev Annual Sale.

All transactions conducted via Neev's website, WhatsApp, live sessions, studio sales, private appointments, or any other sales channels shall be governed by these Sale Terms & Conditions, in addition to Neev's general website policies.
